Tintin has a New Family

A letter to Tintin:
Thank you Tintin for taking such good care of Kevin and carrying him safely around so many cross country course from Novice to Intermediate and everything in between including the thrill of the "Classic" 3-Day! Thank you for teaching Kevin how rewarding it is to work hard & to develop that special kind of trusting relationship. Now you have been entrusted with a new young rider. We wish both you and Meredith well and we are so happy you are with good friends. Maybe I'll see you coming down the centerline someday ;)

Tintin - For Sale

Tintin is a 13 year old 16.2, TB, g who is uncomplicated to ride and as honest as they come. He has a solid record at Training at Preliminary with his young rider and has never incurred a cross country jump penalty. He has wins at Training level which would have included a win at a Training Level Three Day had his rider not gone off course in show jumping ;) and placed 2nd at the VA "Classic" Three Day Event in 2010. Tintin has completed one Intermediate event. In two outings in 2011 they have a win @ South Farm Horse Trials and a 3rd place at The Maryland Horse in a division of 22.

Tintin's rider currently is too busy with school and work to give this horse the time he deserves. Kevin has made the tough decision that Tintin should have the opportunity to show another young rider or an adult amateur how much fun the sport of eventing can be at any level. Tintin is one of those unique individuals who adjusts his way of going to the level of the person riding him. Lucinda Green has seen this horse the last two years in clinics with two different riders and absolutely loves his attitude.

He is very sweet and pleasant to have around and if you rub his face just right he'll give you a big smile. The right situation is a MUST as "Tinners" is very special to us.
